AZARA, Oct 3: As part of Wildlife Week currently underway since October 1, Chokordo LP School held a programme near Deepor Beel on Tuesday. Besides various competitions, the programme witnessed a semir organized by Guwahati Wildlife Division. DFO Pradipto Baruah, ACF Rohini Kumar Das, office-bearers of local NGO Rongmon Tourism Society, and others were present at the programme. The winning students were given away prizes.
