Woman succumbs to injury

GUWAHATI, May 16: Miti Deka, who was admitted to the GMCH yesterday after her husband Dhiman Deka hit her with a machete for not giving him Rs 50,000 for drinking, died in the hospital today. Since no FIR has been filed, Deka has not been arrested till filing of this report.
