Workshop on climate change

GUWAHATI, February 6: The Assam State Disaster Magement Authority (ASDMA) organized a two–day state–level workshop on climate change impact on forest and wildlife under the Government of India’s UNDP programme “Enhancing Institutiol and Community Resilience to Disaster and Climate Change(2013–2017)” on February 6 and 7 in Guwahati. The main aim of the workshop is to identify critical issues regarding the impact, mitigation and adaptation issues, etc.
