Xuwori Utsav at Jalukbari

GUWAHATI, April 11: A Xowori Utsav is being organized at West Jalukbari LP School at Lankeswar by the Paschim Jalukbari Sarbajanin Anchalik Xuwori Utsav Samiti with a day-long programme on April 15. The Utsav will begin with the installation of ghots for the Bishnupuja at 8 am, followed by reading out of the Bhagwat and welcoming Dwadosh Gopals at 11 am, purhuti at 12 noon, paying of homage at 1 pm, distribution of Prasad at 1.30 pm, churning of milk or curd from 3 pm, service to Dwadosh Gopal at 6 pm and giving them a send-off, and a cultural nite from 7 pm.
