Yoga at IIT-Guwahati

GUWAHATI, June 30: Indian Institute of Technology-Guwahati has celebrated the World Yoga Day with 400 security guards and students in the institute's campus. The event was offered by Art of Living. Nearly 400 security guards from Sterling Security Services and Systems, Guwahati and students participated in the IIT. The event was a success where security guards and students alike were seen enjoying and practicing yoga to mark the World Yoga Day where the entire world celebrates the age old tradition of Yoga to inculcate stress-free mind in individuals and therefore  to restore the universal harmony and peace, a press release said.
