It was one of the historic healing systems in India for about 3000 years ago. Practitioners of Ayurveda believe that our entire body is constituted by these five elements of the whole Universe i.e. space, fire, air, earth, and water. It mainly believes the overall health and wellbeing depends on a fragile balance between body, mind, and spirit. It aims at promoting good health in a natural and alternative process.
