KABUL: In a shocking and horrific incident, Afghanistan's famous comedian Nazar Mohammad, famously know as Khasha Zwan was brutally killed by two men. A video of the horrific incident has now been doing the rounds on social media.

Though the incident occurred last week, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid today acknowledged that the two men were Taliban. last week, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid today acknowledged that the two men were Taliban.

According to the video, two men were seen slapping and abusing Nazar Mohammad, better known as Khasha Zwan. He was later killed while being shot at multiple times.

It may be mentioned that, while the US and NATO busy giving final touches to their departure from Afghanistan, the Taliban took responsibility this week for the killing of the famous comedian in a bid to increase the gore of revenge killings.

The Taliban Spokesman further alleged that the comedian Zwan hailed from the southern part of Kandahar province and that he was a member of the Afghan National Police. He further added that Zwan had been implicated in the torture and killing of Taliban.

Interestingly, Taliban Spokesman Mujahid also added that he did not support the killing and instead would have been happy if the comedian was brought to the Taliban court for trial instead of being killed.

It may be mentioned that Mohammad, though was not a TV personality but would regularly post on social media site TikTok and was loved for his crude and funny jokes, satirical songs, and making fun of topics given to him from fans.

Meanwhile, this brutality has undoubtedly undermined Taliban's repeated assurances that no harm would come to people who worked for the government, with the U.S. military or with U.S. organizations.

In a recent interview with international media, chief Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen said, "the group's commanders have orders not to interfere with civilians, or impose restrictions in newly captured areas. He said that when complaints of wrongdoings arise they are investigated."
