Billionaire Tom Steyer Announces Run for The White House

Washington: Billionaire Tom Steyer, who has led a national campaign to impeach President Donald Trump and is a prominent environmental activist, said on Tuesday that he would seek the Democratic Party’s nomination for the president in the 2020 elections. “If you think that there’s something absolutely critical, try as hard as you can and let the chips fall where they may and that’s exactly what I’m doing,” Steyer said in a video announcing his run for the White House, the Efe news reported.
