WASHINGTON: In a recent development, CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk declared that the new age content creators will be benefited by the revenue generated from Twitter advertisements. Musk announced this on Friday. 

The Creator also must be a subscriber of Blue Verified, the CEO mentioned. The income from ads that pops up on a creator's revert threads, will be shared. However, Elon Musk did not release any sort of information regarding the proportion of revenue that would be shared with the Content Creators. 

To date, Twitter's monetization options for creators have stuck to relatively simple direct payments for tickets and subscribers. Twitter has witnessed advertisers run away in-between tension regarding Musk's approach to content moderation rules, impacting its revenue. 

Elon Musk after taking charge of the micro blogging site, Twitter, stated that, this particular social media platform have addressed a major drop in profit generation, and holds the activists responsible for pressuring advertisers. As Elon Musk has concluded to reduce the budget and proposing new ideas for Twitter Blue subscription service, the provides the sought-after verified badge. 

On Friday, the CEO also emphasised on the fact that, legacy Blue Verified would be thrown out in the coming months, as it is considered immensely corrupted.

In the month of January, Twitter has announced that the 'Home' and 'Latest' tabs will be replaced by "For you" and "Following" tabs on iOS. 

The micro-blogging platform tweeted from its @TwitterSupport account: "See the Tweets you want to see. Starting today on iOS, swipe between tabs to see Tweets recommended 'For you' or Tweets from the accounts you're 'Following'. Several users expressed their thoughts on the platform's announcement.
