Florida Woman Puts Her 'Wonderfully Rehabbed Ex-Husband' On Sale Along With House

Miami: People often discard their old possessions like furniture and decorative pieces while shifting to a new house. But, a woman hailing from Florida has gone to the extreme level.

43-year-old Crystal Ball has decided to put her house on sale along with her ex-husband. She has listed one of her houses in the Panama City Beach area for $699,000 (approximately Rs. 5.3 crores).

The house contains a pool, hot tub, three bedrooms, and other amenities, including 54-year-old Richard Chaillou, her ex-husband.

The couple's marriage lasted for seven years before they parted ways recently. However, they separated on good terms and co-parent their sons while also sharing businesses together.

Crystal is offering the buyers a unique deal. She will lower the quoted price of the property if the new occupant agrees to keep Richard. Crystal ensured that she created an appealing listing so as to attract buyers and shared hilarious photos of her husband posing in the house.

Crystal has touted Richard as a "wonderfully rehabbed ex-husband" in the pictures. Richard can be seen flexing his muscles and posing with a stuffed white tiger while showing the lavish property. Crystal asserted that her ex-husband will be a great asset if the buyer agrees to keep him.

"This dream man in the kitchen is a personal chef and server cooking up perfect meals," Crystal wrote in her listing. She added that Richard's huge ears will detect any creaks and will ensure to lubricate the fixtures.

Furthermore, his "large Italian nose will sniff out any odours" and will dump the trash out on time. Last but not the least, Richard, owing to his unique strength, will help lift the hot tub cover as well.
