Pregnant Woman Dies With Her Baby After Russian Troops Bombed Maternity Ward

New Delhi: Amid the bombardment on Ukraine by Russia, a pregnant woman and her baby have died as the Vladimir Putin-led Russian forces bombed the maternity hospital, where she was meant to give birth.

Notably, the Russian invasion of Ukraine has completed more than two weeks and it seems like the Russian has no intention to stop the brutal bombing in Ukrainian cities.

The surgeon also informed that there was no sign of life in the newborn baby.

The medics also said that when the lady was realizing that the baby won't survive she cried out loud and asked the doctors to kill her now.

Before the mother and her child died, the doctors tried all possible ways to keep the duo alive and she was also transferred to a safe location in another hospital.

Ever since the war broke out between Russia and Ukraine, many civilians are evacuated to a different location while many others lost their lives sustaining serious injuries.

It may be mentioned that the pregnant woman, who died is the one whose photos and videos were widely circulated on social media platform in the previous week.

In the photos and videos shared online, the pregnant woman was seen shifted to a different location in an ambulance by the Ukrainian armed officers.

The situation showed the actual fear of the war and the suffering of the people affected throughout this conflict between 2 European countries.
