Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin Decide to Split After 25 Years of Togetherness

Wahington: Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin have filed for divorce after a few months of their 25 years of wedding union. Flavin on Friday registered a "dissolution of marriage" at a court in Palm Beach Country, Florida to officially cease her marriage with the 'Rambo' actor.

A couple of days later, Stallone covered a huge tattoo of his erstwhile counterpart Flavin on his right bicep with a portrayal of Butkus, the Bullmastiff dog breed that appeared with the actor in his movie 'Rocky'.

The transformation of the tattoo became prominent in the eyes of their social media followers when Zach Peres, the tattoo artist shared a picture of his tattoo artwork on the actor on Instagram, showing gratefulness to Stallone for keeping faith in his work.

The couple began their relationship in the early 90s. In August 1996, the duo welcomed their eldest girl child, Sophia Rose Stallone followed by their marriage in the next year May 1997 after which they greeted their two daughters Sistine Rose in 1998 and Scarlet Rose in 2002.

This was Flavin's first marriage with Stallone while the latter was previously married to actor Brigitte Nielsen between years 1985 to 1987 prior to which he was married to his foremost wife Sasha Czack from 1974 to 1985.

Earlier in January 2022, American model Chanel Iman Robinson and  American footballer Sterling Clay Shepherd were among those who dominated the news headlines for their divorce as they had been witnessing certain marital issues since December 2020. The couple had been experiencing various differences which caused a breakdown in their marital union. The duo welcomed daughter Cali in August 2018 and daughter Cassie in December 2019.
