Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Agriculture) in Plant Pathology/Biotechnology, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Biochemistry, M.Sc /M.Tech in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Life Sciences

Pay Scale: Rs 25000.00 + HRA (for 1st and 2nd year); Rs 28000.00 + HRA for subsequent years (applicable for candidates with NET, GATE, BET, BINC qualified or having Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course. Otherwise, Rs 12000.00 +HRA for 1st and 2nd year) and Rs 14000.00 +HRA for subsequent years)

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Personal Interview

Application Procedure: Walk-in-interview will be held on 11th March 2020 at 9.30 AM in the Office Chamber of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat. Candidates may appear for the interview with bio-data, reprints/publication/thesis etc and passport size photographs.
