Directorate General, Border Security Force (BSF) invites application from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 317 SI, HC, CT (Crew), Mechanic, AC Technician, Plumber & Other (Group B & C) posts in water wing of the BSF.

1/SI (Master)

No of posts: 05

Age: 22-28 years

2/SI (Engine Driver)

No of posts: 09

Age: 22-28 years

Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent 1^st Engine Driver Certificate.

3/SI (Workshop)

No of posts: 03

Age: 22-25 years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Marine/Automobile Engineering.

4/HC (Master)

No of posts: 56

Age: 22-25 years

Qualification: Matriculation, Serang Certificate.

5/HC (Engine Driver)

No of posts: 68

Age: 22-25 years

Qualification: Matriculation, 2nd Class Engine Driver Certificate.

5/ HC (Workshop Trade), Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine), Electrician, AC Technician, Electronics, Machinist, Carpenter, Plumber)

No of posts: 16

Age: 22-25 years

Qualification: Matriculation, Industrial Training Instituted Diploma in respective trade.

6/CT (Crew)

No of posts: 160

Age: 22-25 years

Qualification: Matriculation, 1-year experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP. Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance and will submit an undertaking certificate.

Examination Fee: Each application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft/ Postal Order of Rs. 200/- for the post of SI (Master), SI (Workshop) & SI (Engine Driver) and Rs. 100/- for the post of HC (Master), HC (Workshop), HC (Engine Driver) & CT (Crew) as examination fee.

the fee is exempted for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSF Candidates & Ex-Servicemen.
