CAMPA, Assam Recruitment 2020 for Geographic Information System Expert

Assam Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (Assam CAMPA), will hold a walk-in-interview for eligible candidates to apply for the following post on contractual basis.

Name of the Posts: Geographic Information System Expert

Post: 01

Duration of Engagement: One year, which may be extended further by the competent authority.

Age: The applicant must be below 45 years as on 1st January 2020

Salary: Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only) per month

Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering / Geography / Remote Sensing / Earth Sciences.

2. Months’ Certificate/Diploma in GIS Remote Sensing/Geo-informatics.

3. Proficiency in GPS and GIS software, including ESRI products like ArcView, ArcTool, ArcCatalog and ERDAS / open-source software.

4. Proficiency in written English, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5. Two years’ experience in GIS
