Minimum educational qualification is Class VIII pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be Ineligible to apply for the said post. Candidates possessing special skill may be given preference. Candidates must have registered their names in the employment exchange and registration is to be valid as on the date of submission of application. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. |
