Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates must have served as Upper Division Assistant continuously for at least 04 years at any Assam Chief Judicial Magistrate establishment or serving as Supervisory Assistant in the establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrate within the State of Assam.
