4. Applicants shall submit the self attested copies of following documents/ testimonials alongwith application:
a. HSLC Admit Card (age proof), Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
b. HSSLC Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
c. Degree Pass Certificate and Marksheet.
d. PRC Copy
e. Employment exchange registration certificate.
f. Caste Ccrtificate if applicable.
g. Original copy of treasury Challan of application fees payment.
h. BPL F.I. Card copy if available.
i. 3 (Three) copies of passport size photographs. (One of which should be pasted on the application form)
j. Certificate of Computer knowledge as mentioned above,
k. Self addressed envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 5.00 only.
5. Call letters for test will be intimated to eligible candidates through e-mail/ SMS in addition to sending by post. All applicants must give their e-mail address and Mobile No. for such communication in their applications.
6. How to apply: Applications should be sent through post or delivered by hand to the Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh, P.O. - C.R Building, PIN -786003, Dist. - Dibrugarh, Assam. Post applied for shall be superscripted on the sealed envelope.
7. Last date of application: Application will be received during office hours upto 13/09/2018 till 5.00 P.M. No application after the last date will be entertained. Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh will not be responsible for any postal delay.
8. A Selection Committee will be constituted to select the candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator. The committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of the documents/ testimonials, etc. with regard to the modalities of selection. The decisions of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
9. Candidates already in service must submit their application through proper channel.
10. No TA/DA shall admissible in appearing in written/ practical test.
11. The candidates qualifying in the test must produce all original testimonials for verification at the time of Computer Practical Test.
12. The final Select list shall be published in two widely circulated newspapers and Notice Board of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh.
13. The selected candidate will have to submit an undertaking to Appointment Authority that he or she will abide by the New Pensions Scheme of the Government issued vide Finance Department letter No. BVV3/03/part-I/1 dated 25.01.2005.
