• Consultant – Team-Leader & Procurement Policy Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline and 12 years of working experience in the public procurement domain.
• Consultant – Procurement Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Graduate in any discipline with 10 years of overall working experience in the public procurement domain. OR Postgraduate in any discipline with 8 years of overall working experience in public domain
• Consultant – PPP Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Graduate in any discipline and 10 years of working experience in the public procurement domain at sub-national/national/international level.
• Consultant – Legal Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Graduate in any discipline and 10 years of working experience in the public procurement domain at sub-national/national/international level.
• Consultant – e-Procurement Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Graduate in Law with 10 years of overall working experience in legal matters. OR Postgraduate in Law with 8 years of overall working experience in legal matters.
• Consultant –Data Analyst – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline.
• Consultant – Contract Management Expert – State Procurement Facilitation Cell: Law graduate /Graduate in any discipline. Must have at least 10 years of overall working experience in public procurement /contract management and related areas. At least seven years of working experience in matters related to contract management, Contract Law, and other contractual matters. Additional relevant qualification(s)/experience /assignments would be of advantage and would be given added weightage.
