1. All eligible and willing officers may submit their applications through proper channel alongwith all requisite documents by 28.09.2020 in the prescribed proforma (Annexure) to Shri Rajinder Kumar, Under Secretary to the Govt. of India,Department of Revenue, Room No. 77-A, North Block, New Delhi. 2. The officers selected may be appointed in any of the Benches of the Customs Central Excise Settlement Commission irrespective of preferences given by them and they are aIso liable for transfer to any of the Benches of the Commission subsequently. Applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained. Those who have applied earlier in response to this Departments O.M. No. A. 12026/2/2019-Ad.I dated 07.02.2019, may also apply afresh.

3. In case the applicant is considered and selected for appointment by the ACC, s/he should not decline the appointment. If s/he declines the appointment or does not join within 30 days of the order of appointment, s/he will not be considered for any further appointment outside her/his cadre for three years and also be debarred for consideration for appointment outside the cadre and in any Autonomous Body/Statutory Body/Regulatory Body for a period of three years. No further notice in this regard will be given.
