ANM - 10 - Minimum age - 21 years - Maximum age - 35 years

- Passed 12th from recognised board and completed ANM course

Staff Nurse/ GNM - 27

- Passed 12th from recognised board with 3 years general nursing course

Block Data Manager - 2 - Minimum age - 21 years

- Maximum age - 45 years

Graduate in any discipline from recognised university - Pharmacist

- 12

Diploma in pharmacy from recognised institute

- Nutritional Counsellor - 3

- Masters or Bachelors degree in relevant course

Note- age relaxation for reserved category candidates
