Assistant Library and Information Officer | Officer under the Central Government :- Holding analogous posts on regular basis: or (II) with five years service in the post in Level 6 (Rs. 35.400 - 1,12.400) of Pay Matrix or equivalent: and Possessing the educational qualifications and experience as under:- (i) Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institute. (II) Two years' professional experience in a Library under Central or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Recognized Research or Educational Institute. Desirable:- (I) Masters Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of recognized University or Training Institute (II) Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute. (III) Economics as one of the subject as Degree level.
