Qualification Details:

It is proposed to fill up the post of Sherisatadar (District & Sessions Court, Kavaratti), Sherstadar & Deputy Nazir (Sub Court, Amini), Head Clerk (Munsiff- Magistrate, Androth) from persons working under Lakshadweep Administration in the analogous posts failing which transfer on deputation from neighbouring state.

1. Eligiblity: Person working under Lakshadweep administration in the analogous posts ie. UDC and similar grade or in the post of L.D.Clerk who have 8 years regular service in the grade and have passed the departmental test conducted by the Lakshadweep Administration for promotion to U .D.Clerk grade Desirable Pass in civil Judicial test and criminal Judicial test.

2. Scale of Pay: Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/- (as per 6th CPC).
