3. Qualification & Experience PGdegree or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience after PG degree/ PG diploma with minimum 5 years experience in respective speciality, aftei PG diploma. Must be registered with Medical Council. required.

4. Duties/Remuneration Full Time Specialist: - To work as per ESIC norms for regular Consolidated Remuneration Rs.92,000/-month will paid as orders issued by ESIC Headquarters. Part- Time Specialist: - To work for four hours per day preferably in morning duty for 4 days in a week. Remuneration Rs.60,000/- month. Additional Rs.12,000 admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty.

Instructions to Candidates:

Those who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC/EWS category should produce valid caste certificate issued by the Authority. OBC certificate should be in the prescribed form as per Government of Inda instnxtions which should certify that the candidates do not belong to anyone of the Creamy layers. Interested candidates may appear for walk-in interview at ESK Model Phulwarisharif. Patna. Bihar along with application in the prescribed proforma. all original documents including caste certificate. Aadhar card. one set of Xerox copies of all original such as professonal qualifications, specialties qualifications. experience etc. Two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application). The candidates must bring the original documents for verification at IS AM sharp on the date of the interview. The Cornpetent Authority reserves the right to fill up

The Cornpetent Authority reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up any post and walk-in interview may be cancelled by . the medical superintendent without disclosing any reasons. Selected candidates will WT claim for regularization of the service in the hospital. Selected candidates will have to join within 15 days from the date of receipt of order . Private practices are stricttv prohibited for full time 'Mts. After contractual full time specialist are not allowed to private practices. If found guilty suitable action as provided under the rules shall be taken. TA/DA will be admissible either for the walk —in-interview' or for joining the gost. . Candidate must be registered with bihar Medical Council or MCI before joining the post. Canvassing in any form shall be a claim for any service benefit like, PF. Pension. Gratuity, medical Allowance, Seniority. Promotion and leave will be admissible . The Candidates who is in Government Service should submit" Objection Certificate" from the employer at the time interview. It is a contractual post for one year only and contract will be signed on a stamp paper of Rs. 1000/- after the selection . process. The original contract will be with the hospital and its copy will be with the candidate. Cost of the Stamp paper will be borne by the candidate.. The contractual engagement may be terminated /discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason. On the engagement, the candidate will have to deposit security money Rs.12000/.through Demand Draft in favour of 'ESIC Fund Account No.l' payable at Patna at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion Of engagement period and on production Of "No dues certificate". All the candidates are directed report in the office of the Medical Superintendent ESIC Model Hospital, Phulwarisharif, as per the timing mentioned above. On selection the candidates have to open an SB Account in the State Bank of India at any Branches Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided. The decision of the selection board will be final on all aspects Of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstance. Duly filled in application form in the prescribed form in the prescribed format as per Annexure-I . The candidates should attend the interview with photocopies of Matriculation certificates (for proof of Age), MBBS, Diploma/degree certificate along with originals duly self-attested. Diploma degree certificates, specialties qualifications certificates.
