Qualifications: Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech. Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Nano Science & Technology with a strong background in Quantum Mechanics/Molecular Physics/Chemical Bonding/Magnetism with NET/GATE/GPAT qualification.

Age: Must not be over 30 years as on 30.09.2020, a relaxation of up to 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC-Non Creamy Layer (OBCNCL)/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender categories and to women applicants.
