Educational Qualifications:

- Manager Production: Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Chemistry + Minimum 13 years experience.

- Chief Engineer (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 13 years relevant experience.

- Manager (Materials): Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (MBA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management preferred). Minimum 13 years experience.

- Chief Engineer (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering + Minimum 15 years experience.

- Deputy Manager (Production and Quality Control): MSc Chemistry + Minimum 10 years experience.

- Welfare Officer: Degree with minimum 03 years Industrial exposure, fluency in Malayalam is essential.
