Holding Substantively (I) Posts In Analogous Grade (Cda/ida) Or (Ii) Posts In Level-12(Cda) & Having 8-12 Years' Service In Group 'a' Or (Iii) Posts Carrying Grade Rs. 80000-220000/-(Ida) For Four Years .
