Programme Associate | Secondary Education OR A University Degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and Social Sciences. Secondary with 6 years OR 3 years with (3 years with Bachelor's degree) of relevant administrative or programme experience is required at the national or international level Experience in UN agency, government agency, Bi-lateral, Multi-lateral Development Bank, International NGO, private company, and similar organizations covering all aspects of project cycle management including financial management, budgeting, administration, human resources management, monitoring and evaluation, auditing, procurements of goods and services and reporting is desirable. Professional knowledge on contemporary issue on Sustainable Development Goals, Tribal Development, Human Development, Governance etc.is desirable. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems is desirable. Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hindi Language. |
