Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, or Public Policy.

Experience:- 5 to 15 years.

1. Field experience working in rural areas in a developing country is highly desired

2. Experience working independently

3. Experience in working with rural/panchayat administration is highly preferred

4. Experience in working with and training Anganwadi workers/Swasthya Sevikas/Self Help Groups is highly preferred.

Skills Required

1. You are willing to relocate and travel 80% of the time

2. Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholders together

3. Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders in the health development sector

4. Ability to take initiative and accountability

5. Creativity and innovative mindset to improve project efficiency and drive impact

6. FMCG/ Pharma/ Medical Services sales experience in Indian Rural markets.

7. Continual awareness of changing healthcare developments.

8. Negotiation skills.

9. Leadership and Team Building.

Cluster Manager Roles

The cluster Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the designated area. He/She will be required to work in dynamic situations, filled with ambiguity and complexity, driving the business strategy for the assigned region and building a motivated high performing team through effective leadership, who will be driving the implementation of this brick-and-mortar telemedicine project at multiple locations within Meghalaya.
