Requirements and skills
1. Proven work experience as a Training Manager
2. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
6. Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
7. Good computer and database skills
8. Degree in a relevant field
Language Known: English and Hindi
Experience:– Minimum 3 years
Other Criteria:- Ready to travel all across Meghalaya.
