A medical qualification included in the First or Second schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Completion of internship and permanent Registration Certificate of any State Medical Council / Medical Council of India |
Candidates will have to submit application through Online Application Portal only. The Commission will not entertain any hard copy application. Before submission of online application read carefully the necessary instructions regarding filling up of online application. Online Application Portal will be available on Commission's website from 10.05.2021 to 17.05.2021 (4.00 PM). Candidates are required to submit self attested copy of certificates in support of their claims regarding Qualification from Madhyamik onwards, Experience, Permanent Residence Certificate/ Citizenship, Age Proof Certificates, MBBS all marks sheets, Registration Certificate issued by appropriate authority, Experience Certificate (issued by appropriate authority) including duty of Covid-19 positive patient (after completion of Internship) with clear mention of starting date and end date, API calculation sheet as per TPSC format along with printed copy of Online Application in the receipt selection of TPSC, Agartala, West Tripura within 18.05.2021 (4.00 pm), failing with candidature will be summarily rejected.

(1.) As per service rule the Recruitment process will comprise of 02 (two) steps viz. (i.) Short listed of candidates on the basis of API calculation (Academic Performance Index) (100 marks) & 10 marks for the candidates who have performed duty of Covid-19 positive patients in the different health institutions of the Govt. of Tripura. (ii.) Interview process (05 marks).
(2.) On the basis of total API scoring, including 10 marks for duty of Covid-19 positive patient, a limited no. of candidates, maximum 3 (three) times of total vacant posts (in category wise), will be selected merit wise for interview.
(3.) It is also mentioned here that candidates scoring marks equal to that of the last qualified candidate in the API scoring shall also be called for interview which will be held on Date for Interview:- 25-05-2021.
(4.) The final selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate in the API calculation (out of 110) and by adding the marks obtained in the interview/personality test (Out of 05).
(5.) In the list of recommendation, merit position of candidates securing equal marks will be finalized as per their seniority of age. The same procedure is to be followed for preparing waiting list, if there be any
