Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Programme Associate Vacancy:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Agriculture/ Rural Development/ Commerce.
- MSW with specialization in Livelihood & Social Entrepreneurship.
- MA/MSC with specialization in Sustainable Livelihood and Natural Resource Governance.
- Good written and verbal communication. Expert in basic computer knowledge like Word Processing, Spread Sheets and PowerPoint Presentation, etc are the common essential skills requirement. Other skills required are mentioned above against each position.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of work experience in livelihood promotion/ Community mobilization/ enterprises or rural development projects.

Selection Process for Programme Associate Job Vacancy:
- There will be written/technical test and personal interview for the positions.
- The written test will comprise of Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English.
- The Written Test/ Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong.
