About Nagaland Pollution Control Board - The Nagaland Pollution Control Board is a statutory body constituted on 19th February, 1991 under the provision of Section 4 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with a view to protecting the environment and preventing and controlling pollution in the State of Nagaland.

Nagaland Pollution Control Board is going to recruit eight (8) Technical staff under the Scheme "Assistance for Abatement of Pollution merged with Control of Pollution" 2020-21, financed by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi for a period of one (1) year. The Posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme or as per the financial support given by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change. Assistant Environmental Engineer | Degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineer Should have rendered not less than eight (8) years of continuous service as Junior Environmental Engineer in environmental pollution control and related fields. |
Senior Scientific Assistant | Masters Degree in Chemistry/Physics/ Botany/Zoology/Bio-Chemistry/ Environmental Science Should have rendered not less than five (5) years of continuous service as Junior Scientist Assistant in environmental pollution control and related fields. |
Junior Scientific Assistant | Degree in Science Should have rendered not less than eight (8) years of continuous service as Senior Laboratory Assistant in environmental pollution control and related fields. |
