B.Com from a recognized University. Passed Accounts Trg. conducted either by the A.G. or by the Govt of Manipur.

Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years, regular service out of which 5 (five) years as Section Office or 20 (twenty) years regular service of which 5 (five) years as Assistant in a Medical College.

Or,

Passed Charted Accountancy (Intermediate Examination).

3 (three) years post qualification experience in the Profession.

Knowledge of Finance and Accounts in a Medical College for 5 (five) years.

The candidate must be a citizen of India
