About Regional Resource Centre for North-East States- The Regional Resource Centre for the NE States (RRC-NE) is being established during November, 2005 by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India with financial assistance from European Commission. It will work with the States to identify core areas to be focused in the short, medium and long run and plan for providing the missing technical and managerial capacity. NRHM being the flagship programme of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, the RRC-NE shall assist the states to plan, implements and monitors the health activities under NRHM as required.
