Person serving under the Central Government: (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR Holding the posts carrying Pay Level 2 in the Pay Matrix with eight years regular service in the grade;

AND

Three years experience in handling of Stores and keeping accounts in a store in any recognized firm or Central or State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking.
