Interested candidates scanned copy of the form in jpeg/pdf format along with the fee payment receipt has to be mailed to joychandra.s@gov.in on or before 7th July 2022. The original copy of the form and a passport photo (similar to the one pasted on the form) are to be submitted along with supporting documents including receipt/counterfoil for deposited fee on or before 14th July 2022 and other form of submission will be accepted.
