• Fresh Application for all 3 (Three) Vacancies complete in all respect along with the following documents should be sent to "QM Office (Civ. Sec.), ARC, Happy Valley, Shillong —703 007" by 30th Sep 2021.

1. Self-attested copies of Education certificates.
2. Self-attested copy of Caste certificate.
3. Self-attested copy of experience certificate if any.
4. Self-attested copy of Character certificate.
5. Two self-addressed envelopes to be sent along with application affixing five rupees postal stamp each.
6. Copy of Employment Exchange Registration Card if held, also to be sent along with the application.
7. Application received after the due date i.e. 30 Sep 2021 will be summarily rejected.
8. Call letters will be sent to all eligible candidates on acceptance of their application for the recruitment test.
