MBMA Recruitment 2020 for the posts of Technical Specialist

The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) invites applications from the eligible candidate for the posts of Technical Specialist (Geographic Information System & Remote Sensing) and Technical Specialist (Dronel UAV) on contractual basis for 01 year.

1.Post Name: Technical Specialist (Geographic lnformation System & Remote Sensing)

No. of Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: 30 - 45 years.

Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Remote Sensing and GIS are presented. Post Graduate Diploma in RS & GIS is a must for the following disciplines; Master's Degree in Geoinformatics, Earltr Science, Cartography, and Geography, Forestry.

Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in management and mapping of GIS and Remote Sensing. Experienced in different types of Geospatial Data and standards with strong knowledge of ESRI suite of products and AutoCAD Map. Experience of Land Coverland uses mapping and west-based map viewers and mapping tools.

Salary: Rs. 55,000/- p.m.

2.Post Name: Technical Specialist (Drone/ UAV)

No. of Vacancies: 01

Age Limit: 30 - 45 years.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any disciplines with Diploma/Certificate course training in Drone/UAV operation will be preferred. UAV/Drone Pilot License from any recognized institute is a must for applying for his position.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in aerial drones, RC plane, photography and knowledge of processing DroneruAv (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) application software.

Salary: Rs. 55,000/- p.m.

Selection Process: The shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test/technical test and personal interview as and when decided by the Authority.
