North-Eastern Hill University(NEHU), Shillong invites application from qualified Indian Citizens for the posts of Section Officer and Assistants on a regular basis.

1/Post Name: Section Officer

No. of Vacancies: 03

Age Limit: 40 years.

Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized University. Working knowledge in computer ( Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office).

Experience: Must have at least 10 years of experience in administrative/elementary accounts work in Govt./Semi Govt. or in autonomous organizations.

Salary: 44,900-1,42,400/- per month

2/Post Name: Assistants

No. of Vacancies: 06

Age Limit: 40 years.

Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized University. Working knowledge in computer ( Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office).

Experience: Must have 5 years of experience in Secretarial/Office/Administrative works in The scale of pay in PB-1 (5200 – 20200) with G.P. – of Rs. 2400.

Salary: 35,400-1,12,400/- per month

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Examination as and when decided by the Authority.
