Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Publication Assistant vacancy:

To be suitable for the advertised post of Publication Assistant in Sahitya Akademi, candidate must have done Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution. The applicant must have qualified Diploma in Printing OR 5 years' experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing. He/she shall have knowledge of various processes of printing and book publication. Intending candidate must have proper knowledge of one or more Indian languages and literature with having the ability of handling literary material. Applicant must also have basic knowledge of computer applications.
