Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Commandant vacancy:

To be suitable for the advertised post of Assistant Commandant in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), candidates must have Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Communication Engineering or Electronics from a recognised university or Institute. He/She should be an Associate member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer or Associate member of the Institution of Engineers or equivalent or M.Sc in electronics or Telecommunication or Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent from a recognised university or All India Council for Technical Education approved Institution. Interested candidates having possession of NCC-"B" or "C" certificate will be more preferred.

Interested candidates who are willing to fill up the advertised post are advised to apply online through Official Website of SSB at ssb.nic.in latest by 28 December 2020. Desirous candidates are also asked to upload scanned copies of photographs and signature along with all the requisite documents. They are requested to pay a fee of Rs. 400/- through online mode at the time of filling the application form.

Selection Procedure SSB Jobs:

Candidates who are shortlisted will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Examination, Physical Standard Test followed by Interview.
