Boss Imposes Ban On Employees From Charging Phone In The Office

Guwahati: There would be hardly any employee in the world who would be very happy with his/her boss. The relationship between the duo to some extent is similar to 'Saas Bahu' drama which females in our family love to watch. Both cannot live without each other and they find it very difficult to live with each other.

In the private sector, these difficulties are mostly one-sided as perpetually the employee is worried about his boss. Sometimes bosses give strange orders which are without head and feet. Recently, one such decree was given by a boss which has been viral now.

These days a post on the social media website Reddit has managed to be a hot topic for discussion. Actually, a boss came with such order in the office, which surprised the employees after they read it.

In the said order, the boss has stopped his employees from charging phone in the office.

"No person should charge mobile phone or any other electronic device in the office. This would be considered electricity theft. Whoever does this, his salary will be deducted. The phone should be kept switched off in the office,'' read the order.

However, once it landed on the social media, people started criticizing the boss. Some people say that then the employees should not even get overtime because that too would be a wrong use of electricity.

A few days ago on Reddit, a poster in an office also went viral as it was very insensitive towards the employees. In the poster, a man can be seen in jail. The picture seen in the poster is actually of the Monopoly board game. According to the poster, the boss wants to tell his/her employees that what is going on in employee's life, what is the problem, no one cares, just keep working hard.
