Rajasthan's lone hill station, Mount Abu is surrounded by lush woods and is located at 4000 feet above sea level. Travellers who intend to visit Mount Abu during the end of December may attend the Annual Winter Festival, celebrating the local hospitality and culture. They often get the opportunity to participate in activities such as musical performances, dancing, kite flying, and firework displays throughout the celebrations. Adventure-seeking people might also visit the Thrill Zone Adventure Park situated in Mount Abu for zip-lining, rappelling, or rock climbing. However, since winter is an important season in Mount Abu, it stays quite congested with people and hotel prices are considerably higher than usual.

Shoulder Season (Summer) - Mount Abu's shoulder season runs from March through June. The beauty of Mount Abu is unaffected, even though it is devoid of the throngs of visitors. Tourists who love summers with a good dose of serenity, mostly visit during this season. Summer is an excellent time to relax. Mount Abu provides an opportunity to rest and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. This is a brilliant time to pay a visit to the Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a great place to see crocodiles. The Dadta Sea World Museum and the Government Museum are also worth seeing. After a refreshing shower, Mount Abu's verdant cloak puts on a new look, and all monuments appear to be rejuvenated. During this time, travellers can go for long walks and sample local delicacies. During the winters, the temperature of Mount Abu mostly ranges from 16-22oC but can get as high as 26oC. However, during the winter nights, the temperature falls below 10oC.
