Oil blowout probe

The Union Petroleum Ministry has constituted a three-member committee comprising high-level OIL experts to probe into the circumstances that led to the Bhaghjan oil well blowout. The blowout continues to rage and the inferno has severely impacted everything, including cropland, human settlements and water-bodies over a large area, besides the tragic death of two OIL employees. It is suspected that negligence on the part of Oil India Ltd. In taking precautionary measures might have led to such a catastrophe. I would like to request the Union government to look into the matter seriously and take appropriate measures, besides punishing those responsible.
