Rahul endorsing anti-India line

Rahul endorsing anti-India line

As India fights COVID-9, in the northwestern border nine of our bravehearts were martyred. In two successive days in a remote place named Handwara in Kashmir valley our men in uniform fell to bullets of Pakistan-backed terrorists. I, along with crores of patriotic Indians, pay homage and respect to the martyrs. In an another development, three photo journalists from Jammu & Kashmir were bestowed with Pulitzer Award for feature photography for their coverage of Jammu & Kashmir post-abrogation of Article 370 in August 2019. The Pulitzer Award citation backs Kashmir as 'contested territory' and Indian government has revoked the independence of Kashmir by abrogatind Article 370 and imposing clampdown in the valley. The former Congress president Rahul Gandhi wasted no time in conveying congratulatory tweet though he maintained stoic silence when two innocent sadhus were lynched by group of organized mob in Palghar and nine brave soldiers were martyred in the recent past. Over the years the Congress stand on Kashmir is very unclear and this time astonishingly Rahul Gandhi has crossed all limits. Does he think that Kashmir is not part of India or does he think India has occupied Kashmir? In many past occasions too Rahul Gandhi had toed the lines of pro-Pakistan, thereby undermining the sacrifices of brave men in uniform. It is no strange that Rahul Gandhi holds a good number of admirers across the border and even the political leaders sitting in Islamabad often refer to Rahul's comments in their anti-India rants.
