Parents of some school students are very poor. They are daily-wage earners. At the time of lockdown, due to economic hardship these parents are facing serious problems to pay monthly fees to the institutions where their children are reading. It's necessary to give relief to all such parents by not asking them to pay school fees of their children till normalcy returns.
