It is a well known fact that womens are the past, present and the future of the world . Womens are the strongest idols of everyone in real life. We celebrate International Women's Day across the world to acknowledge all the womens around the globe and their achievements in social economic political and in every sphere of experiences. To make progress and bring changes in women lives and to highlight their strengths.This day forcefully breaks all the gender inequalities that womens are facing in every field of life. biasness in opportunities, discrimination, differences which are demolished on the celebration of Women's day.

Every year On 8th March International Women's Day is celebrated all over the world. Womens participates in rallies to reach a large mass to evolve and change the stereotype thinking of the world. "The first International Women's Day was observed in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland in 1911."

According to the UNESCO "The first National Woman's Day was observed on February 28 1909 in the United States. It was first started by Clara zetkin in 1911 and since then Women's day is marked as a national date to celebrate it. On this day all women supports each other and unitedly spreads awarness amongst the biasness happening to them in the world so that people can endeavour the inequality happening to them easily.

The motive behind the celebration is to spread message and to speak out against the inequalities. To help the women to progress and to make changes in their lives without affecting their mental health.

To create awareness about women equality and freedom to do whatever they wish for women day is organised. Even though we celebrate women's day to support women yet they are always victimized of violence trouble, women's are not treated equally. Rape cases are still continuing till date.Whenever we read newspaper we come across many crimes related to women and it is increasing rapidly. In some society women are not respected for the work they do and sometimes they are considered as slaves. Women can do excel in every field or work if opportunities are given to them. On Womens day everyone praises and honors women for their work but the next day we find so many cases where women are harrassed and molested , where women are not given equal opportunity. We have witnessed this everyday and we don't know when it's going to stop or come to an end. When the women will be regarded as similar as man in all the sphere of work. This is only change we want when we celebrate Women's day. Change is must otherwise women's day celebration is not worth it. Like every year International Women day has a particular theme and this year's 2022 theme is" Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow".
