Janhvi Kapoor has marked her Cannes debut. She walked the red carpet at the 78th Cannes Film Festival. Since a few days, the diva has been sharing some stunning pictures from the French Riviera. Finally, her pictures from the red carpet have now hit the internet. The “Homebound” actress looked regal and how as she dressed in a custom Tarun Tahilani outfit for her Cannes debut. She was accompanied by her co-stars Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa and others. Karan Johar was also present. Director Neeraj Ghaywan walked the rec carpet along with Janhvi Kapoor.

The diva looked nothing short of a princess in a soft blush pink lehenga crafted by ace designer Tarun Tahilani. It came with a pleated skirt and a corset top. The structured outfit was curated in Banaras using the ‘hand-crushing technique’. It is the ghoonghat though that added charm to Janhvi Kapoor’s look. What is considered to be a tribute to late Sridevi, the ghoonghat made her look every bit of royalty. Plus, the bespoke pearl jewellery made her look like a complete diva. In terms of makeup, the actress kept it simple in light pink tone and winged eyeliner. She was styled by Rhea Kapoor.

As the pictures have gone viral on social media, fans are simply stunned to see Janhvi Kapoor’s Cannes 2025 look. One of the fans wrote, “Janhvi Kapoor is looking so Pretty and Royal at the cannes film festival.” Another one wrote, “Janhvi kapoor at the cannes film festival and it’s literally giving maharani vibes(sic).”

As per reports, “Homebound” is the premiere at the prestigious Un Certain Regard section at Cannes. The movie is presented by Dharma Productions. It is after their debut film “Dhadak” that Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter will be seen in a film together. The official India release date is yet to be announced. (Agencies)
