Cat born with four ears takes internet by storm

A cat born with four ears due to genetic mutation has taken the internet world by storm after its owner posted a picture of the feline on social media.

Midas, who's only four months old, has already amassed almost 20,000 Instagram followers in the three weeks her account was created.

"Midas was born as a rather tiny cat in Ankara, Turkey on July 14, 2021 when she was surrendered along with her six siblings. The 4 month old cat, possibly, a russian blue mix, sports an extra pair of ears on her head, which sit just in front of her regular pair. Midas' unusual ear count is believed to be the result of a recessive gene mutation from her parents. (Agencies)
